THE RULES
Consistency is the currency; performance is the receipt. A verified day is worth 100 points × your streak multiplier. Weight, sets and volume are tracked, ranked and PR'd — but they buy no points, so different programs stay fair.
3 days → 1.25x · 7 → 1.5x · 14 → 2x · 30 → 3x
You do not have to train every single day to keep a streak. Two missed days a week are forgiven automatically and bridge the chain; the third one breaks it. Rest days bank no points — the streak counts training days, and rest only stops the clock from resetting.
Log as much or as little as you like: one set is enough to bank the day. Weight and reps you do enter are remembered, ranked and turned into PRs and progressive-overload suggestions.
Every sport counts, on every day. Basketball, tennis, yoga, Pilates, boxing, climbing, skiing, a sauna sit — pick it from the activity catalog on a lift day or a recovery day and it lands in your reports as its own line. Swimming is logged in laps against the pool length you set once, so a 25-yard pool and a 50-metre pool stay comparable. Minutes and active calories from your watch are recorded on any activity, because reps and sets describe none of it.
The effort bonus: a flat +10. Verify a day and put in a real shift — 30+ minutes of activity, or 300+ active calories — and the day pays ten extra points. Flat and binary: three hours pays exactly what thirty minutes pays, and it is never multiplied by your streak. Two watches on two different people never report the same number for the same hour, so paying by the calorie would be a hardware review, not a competition. The bonus can break a tie. It can never out-earn showing up.
